There has been a Northern Saw-whet Owl roosting in a spruce tree overhanging 
the sidewalk for several weeks.   The location is near Upper Watts Branch 
Park.   In the interests of not disturbing either the owl or the neighbors I will 
gladly show interested parties the location as long as nobody tries to do 
anything inconsiderate.   The property owners are agreeable and the owl is very
