I too will miss Paul. I first meet him in 1969 when I moved back to the DC 
area and joined the Montgomery County chapter. He was a great mentor and 
was always supportive, helpful, and pleasant. He participated in the first 
Atlas in North America (Montgomery County later joined by Howard) and 
spent many hours in many blocks to help get good coverage. He was an all 
around good person, friend, and mentor. All will miss him!
