   Sorry for the long delay. Anyone in the MOS that
like to draw, paint or sketch birds come on down to
Cylburn this Sat.



Feb 2 (Sat) 10am - 3pm  Draw-in at Cylburn Arboretum.

Our natural science (birds & natural history)
collections at Bird & Nature Museum are on display for
you to draw, sketch, and paint.  For artists ages 10
years and up.  Bring your own art supplies and lunch.
See, explore, be inspired to illustrate items from our
many collections.  Naturalists on hand for any
questions about our collections. 
Directions: From Baltimore Beltway, I-695, north of
the city, take exit 23 south, I-83 Jones Falls
Expressway. Exit at Northern Parkway and go west
(right),. Move to left lane and turn left onto Cylburn
Ave., left (south) onto Greenspring Ave; turn left
again almost immediately at stone gate, 4915
Greenspring Avenue; follow drive and take the road to
the left and keep going to the end and find head-in
parking near Bird & Nature Museum at Carriage House.

Large birds, mammals and skulls of large mammals from
Bob Wood collections will be on the 1st floor in the
mansion and the large birds and natural history will
be at the Bird & Nature Museum.
