I saw the White-winged Crossbill at Silver Spring during the 3rd sighting of the
morning at 10:45 - to 10:53am.

I decided to try for the Painted Bunting @ Asquithview Lane in Arnold. I arrived
around 12:15pm and waited patiently until it showed up at 2:08-2:13pm.
There was little to no activity during that whole time. I only caught a glimpse
of one bird near the feeder. After leaving the feeder, the Painted Bunting flew
down toward the ground and then into the holly tree behind the feeder. Find
the pink flamingo and you'll know you're looking at the right feeder.

Other who enjoyed seeing the Painted Bunting included John Henessey, Kevin
Heffernan, Karen Darcy, Peter O., and other gentleman. John Henessey
spotted the bird just as the other 3 arrived and were walking to the spot.
