I have been out of town (birding in Grand Cayman after a business
meeting) and was equally surprised when I checked this morning and had
just under 50 juncos feeding, mostly on the ground, under my feeders.

Hi all,
I have a huge flock (40+) of juncos present today, feeding on seed
scattered on the grass, along with a single CHIPPING SPARROW. Also
present are a few
House Finches and plenty of goldfinches.

Rain, rain and more rain...
