I too had the Painted Bunting but much earlier this morning (Feb. 12
around 8:20 am). It was at the green feeder when I first arrived and
was gone after I went back to the car to get my camera. Fifth times a
charm ! I stayed another 40 minutes or so but never saw it again. I
visited Chesapeake Beach and Oxbow Lake before returning to Frostburg to
run the snow blower.

Chesapeake Beach (and North Beach)
Bald Eagle
Scaup (lots; some Greaters and many Lessers)
Redhead - 1 at the Rod and Reel Restaurant
Tundra Swan - 4
Mallard - 20
Bufflehead - 30
Red-breasted Merganser - 1
Belted Kingfisher - 1
Common Grackle - a bunch
Red-winged Blackbirds - a bunch

The Trumpeter Swan (#960) was at Oxbow Lake this afternoon
