Conowingo is open for birders but it's not that
good for gulls these days, especially at that time
of year.

The Promenade in Havre de Grace is a nice walk and
you will see some birds. If you go to the end of
the parking lot there past the marina, you may be
able to see shorebirds, ducks and gulls on the
sandbars at low tide.

Swan Harbor, between HdG and Aberdeen, should be
good for shorebirds, waterfowl and field birds.

Susquehanna State Park is an excellent birding
place. If you are there during the last two weeks
of April, you will hit the peak of the wildflower
show.

Between Susquehanna SP and Conowingo, there is an
eagle nest that is easily seen from the road.

If you want more detailed info, contact me privately.

The eagle looked down on the river below
And he wrapped his wings round him and he fell
like a stone
And the big salmon fought but the talons held true
And he shuddered as the world turned from silver
to blue
