After an unsuccessful attempt at the Cedar Creek Rd. Rough-legged Hawk, I
went south toward Bishop's Head Point. In a wet, shaggy lawn along
Crocheron Rd. between the communities/intersections called Bishop's Head and
Crocheron I saw an Eastern Palm Warbler.

I did see a Northern Harrier Flush a Short-eared Owl at about 3PM at the end
of Cedar Creek Rd., as well as 2-3 Tree Sparrows. Habitat was mostly open
salt marsh with lots of Needle Rush and almost no Phragmites.
