Hi Taylor and all,
 I live in southern Carroll County and have had a Chipping Sparrow  coming to 
the feeders irregularly with juncos also. I don't see it every day but  
periodically.
Habitat here is open farm fields and grassy areas. I chalk it up to the  mild 
winter.
