Hi all, I am sorry that we have not been able to get the new submission process finalized and ready to distribute.  And I know that the Feb. 29 deadline is rapidly approaching.  So if you have not yet submitted your photos, please send them to me on a single disk following the current formating rules and including the required information on a separate sheet of paper.  The processing team will figure out how to catalog everything for the judges.  You can review the current rules on the MOS website.  

Furthermmore, In the event that we do not receive a photo of some species, especially the harder to photograph ones, we will be opening up the contest again for those particular species.   By that time we will have the new streamlined submission process ready to go.  

Again, I am sorry for the delay.....this whole process has been much more complicated than anyone anticipated.  Thanks for your patience, Karen
