Observation date:     2/24/08
Notes:     I observed three Bald Eagles circling a group of 400 Coot.
Each would swoop in very close to the group, but I did not see any eagle
make a kill. Two of the eagles were 3rd or 4th year birds; the other was
a 2nd year eagle.<br><br>For the entire area, I had three sizable groups
of Coot.
