The Red-necked Grebe (and other waterfowl) were seen at Wilde Lake in Columbia this morning at 9:30.  The grebe was in the middle of a large (~25) flock of Hooded Mergansers at the lower (dam) end of the lake.  Ruddy Ducks, a Bufflehead, and a Canvasback were also nearby.
