Was at Fort Smallwood from 7 to 9:30 AM this morning, no redpoll.  Only found one flock; a mixed flock of juncos, WT and song sparrows, goldfinches and a few cardinals, but no redpoll.  Temperature at 7 AM was 23 degrees and with the wind coming off the water, the wind chill put the temperature in the teens.
