While driving into Centreville on Monday afternoon, I counted at least 25 
Black Vultures soaring above Draper Liquors, plus a large number of Turkey 
Vultures.

This morning when I went into town, I saw 4 Black Vultures on top of an 
overflowing dumpster in the parking lot by Hillside.  They were actively 
rumaging around, probably after dinner remnants from the restaurant.  At 
least 3 more were on the ground, apparently waiting for the ones on top to 
drop a few leftovers.
