Ever since the magic March day 5-6 years ago when I counted 17 Wood Ducks in a flock 
swimming in the creek off Kensington Parkway, I start looking for them along the MontCo 
section of Beach Drive in March.

I saw 3 this Friday afternoon, two male and a female, swimming with a pair of mallards in 
one of the drainage channels off Beach Drive between Kensington Pkwy and the Temple! It 
shouldn't be long before the Peepers start...
