This morning I walked part of the trails at the McKeldin Area of Patapsco Valley State Park. Surprisingly there were no Phoebes in yet. Non-resident birds seen:

Wood Duck  2, a pair on the South Branch
Winter Wren  1 on the Baltimore side of the North Branch
Golden-crowned Kinglet  2
Myrtle Warbler  2
Fox Sparrow  6
White-throated Sparrow  2
Junco  10
Cowbird  1
