I had an adult winter plumage Little Gull in with 580 ~ Bonaparte's Gull
off of Diamond Point Road at Back River in eastern Baltimore County.

P.S. Stay off the private lands - esp. the Commercial properties; I had
a talk with the owner of one of the commercial properties.
Really nice guy but wants a blanket letter of indemnity from MOS before
permission is granted.
 
However, the abandoned field that goes back into woods at the western
end of Diamond Point is owned by the state. I think it's OK to use.
The area by the large parking lot is OK too.
