I observed the following birds at Courthouse Point MHA in Cecil County on the morning of Saturday, March 29, 2008:

Canada Goose
Wood Duck
Northern Shoveler
Green-winged Teal
Ring-necked Duck
Bufflehead
Turkey Vulture
Osprey
American Coot
Mourning Dove
Northern Flicker
Eastern Phoebe
American Crow
Carolina Chickadee
Tufted Titmouse
Red-breasted Nuthatch
Eastern Bluebird
American Robin
Northern Mockingbird
Yellow-rumped Warbler
Eastern Towhee
Field Sparrow
Song Sparrow
White-throated Sparrow
Dark-eyed Junco
Northern Cardinal
Red-winged Blackbird

There was a Great Egret at Brantwood Gold Course on the way to Courthouse Point. Notable for their complete absence were gulls of any kind - they were not even visible over or on the Elk River, which can be seen from the west end of the large impoundment at CHP.
