Is it possible that the Lake Needwood/Frank area could support a nesting

Hi Andy,
I always thought that eagles would never nest at Black Hill Regional Park
because of human disturbance (mostly in the many boaters/fisherman who fish on
the lake, but also because of hikers). They really don't like to be disturbed
during the nesting season, but there is now a pair nesting there (but on
private property). I really hope they manage to raise young there; that would be
great. So who knows, perhaps a pair might take a liking to the Lake
Needwood/Lake Frank area. If they do it would also likely have to be on private
property and the landowners would have to actively want them there without undue
disturbance. I can't think of anywhere in either park where they might nest
without some bonehead wanting to go up to the tree for a closer look or
photograph.
