Hi Scott, 

This is the same Red-throated Loon that has been seen for at least a week around Fort Smallwood. I can see it is the same individual because it has become entangled in a bit of fishing line, which can be seen over its back if you squint enough. It seems to be fishing successfully for now. Nice find!
