Loch Raven Red-necked Grebe 4/13

While scoping Loch Raven Reservoir from the 1st big bridge this evening, 
I spotted a distant near-breeding plumaged Red-necked Grebe.  I wonder 
if the same Grebe stops by the reservoir every spring.

There were very few other birds visible from the bridge - I suspect most 
ducks were further into the coves.
6 Common Loons
2 Common Merganser
6 Pied-billed Grebes
2 Bufflehead
