Had 25-30 Whip-poor-will's this evening out at Patuxent's North  Tract.
Was out counting Woodcock only to find 3 . The Whip-poor-wills seemed to be  
everywhere,
so 25-30 could be a low count. Was nice to hear them  !!!  Had a Great Horned 
Owl and 3 Barred Owls 
as well. Made for a nice evening.
