This morning I birded Finzel Swamp and Piney Reservoir in Garrett
County.  The highlights included 71 RUSTY BLACKBIRDS, 1 VIRGINIA RAIL,
1 YELLOW-BELLIED SAPSUCKER, 1 BROWN THRASHER, and 3 WILSON'S SNIPE at
Finzel Swamp.  Along Finzel Rd there were 4 PURPLE FINCHES.  At Piney
Reservoir there was 1 BLUE-HEADED VIREO (foy) and a lone TUNDRA SWAN.
