Hello all.

I checked out Compass Pointe's North Course this morning and Kembo Road 
this evening. Some good birds turned up, especially at Compass Pointe,  
including 3 Swallow species and a good assortment of sparrows.  The 
Yellowlegs gave a low flyover and circled the pond twice before landing.

Great Blue Heron: 2  
Canada Goose: 2
Mallard: 2
GADWALL: 11  High number for this site
Bufflehead: 3  In the big water trap
Ring-necked Duck: 1 female
Cooper's Hawk: 1
Killdeer: 4
GREATER YELLOWLEGS: 1  Shores of the large water trap
Wilson's Snipe: 1 flushed out of the grass
Tree Swallow: 6  Over the large water trap
N. Rough-winged Swallow: 2  same as above
Barn Swallow: 6  same as above
White-breasted Nuthatch: 1
Blue-gray Gnatcatcher: 1
Eastern Phoebe: 1
Pine Warbler: 1
Eastern Towhee: 6
Song Sparrow: 7
Savannah Sparrow: 2
Swamp Sparrow: 1
Field Sparrow: 1
White-throated Sparrow: 7
Dark-eyed Junco: 6

Turkey Vulture: 2
Bald Eagle: 1  third year
