Hi there,

I've heard, here and there, about a Montgomery County Youth Birding Club. I
looked on the chapter website and didn't see anything. Is there an
established youth birding club with scheduled trips, etc.... I'm trying to
get my students involved in birding. My first task is to break the
stereotype of birders as people who wear the pants above their belly buttons
and wearing pocket protectors. Yes, they believe that! I've been trying to
describe birding as an extreme sport but it's not flying....LOL.
