Bill and I spent the morning beside the Marshy Hope River. Birds of note:

Belted Kingfisher - 1
White-eyed vireo - more than 15, did not count
Blue-headed vireo- 1
Red-eyed vireo - 1
Blue-gray gnatcatcher - 2
Brown thrasher - 1
Yellow-rumped warbler- 2
Yellow-throated warbler - 12
Pine warbler - more than 15, did not count
Prairie warbler - 15
Black-and-white warbler - more than 15, did not count, they were everywhere
Prothonotary Warbler - 3
Worm-eating warbler - saw 2, heard 4
Ovenbird - more than 15, did not count
Common Yellowthroat - 10
E. Towhee - more than 15, did not count
Chipping sparrow -9
Field sparrow - 1
Brown-headed cowbird - I put this in just to say there were many, way too many
