Hey everyone-

        Just so everyone knows, I promise that this is the last of these
emails that I will post to the list.  I got back from Texas on Sunday, and
just finished uploading photos from what was an amazing trip- 80 life
birds!!!  Our team finished the Big Day on Saturday with 195 species, more
than any other team (even the adult teams) in the Lower Texas Coast
region!!!  The best birds of the day and maybe the trip were a pair of SOOTY
TERNS that flew over the Convention Center on South Padre Island for just
under a minute and a half.  Other great birds included: warblers out the
wazoo at the Convention Center (Cape May, Tennessee, Wilson's to name a
few), Hudsonian Godwit, Upland Sandpiper, and Buff Breasted Sandpipers at
the La Feria Sod Farm, Altamira and Audubon's Orioles at Santa Marguerita
