Around noon today a flock of about 20-25 BOBOLINKS was working the
northernmost field at Southwest Area Park in Lansdowne, Baltimore County. The exact
number was hard to determine as the birds kept getting up in small groups,
their calls filling the air. This is the biggest single flock I've seen at SWAP,
but oddly, every one of the birds was female-plumaged.
