excellent visibility becoming fair as the rain began; winds calm, becoming

Raptor Observations: A few migrants prior to the rain; Bald Eagle was a juvenile
Non-raptor Observations: Several terns plying the waters including at least Royal, Common and Least

Site Description: Fort Smallwood Park is located on the western shore of Chesapeake Bay at
the mouth of the Patapsco River, 11 miles south of Baltimore, MD. Best winds are from the southwest. The Park is closed to visitors on Wednesdays.
