Just received a call from a woman on the east side of
Frederick city. Over the weekend when it was so
stormy and windy a quail landed on her balcony.

The bird is injured. It refused to leave, so
she has kept it fed, watered, and sheltered.

Anyone know of a group of quail in that area,
or did the poor thing get scooped up in the
storm?

I'm going to go, pick it up, and take it down to
Second Chance in Mont. County.
