While out stream sampling today on SERC property, it appeared that the migrants are still moving in a trickle. Best bird by far was a singing Mourning Warbler. It never showed itself but hid in deep brush and moved downstream while I switched out the collection bottle. I tried to track it down but it became silent. BTW, I gave George Jett a heads-up that this was on government property which makes access difficult and, based on its movement while I was in proximity, not likely to still be there if he came to try for it.
