Looks like a female Boblink to me.

Subject: [MDOSPREY] Bird Identification
Anyone interested in offering up some expert advice? I took a photo
of a sparrowish bird in Garrett on Sunday afternoon. Savannah
perhaps? I took the photo near a farm pond on 495 heading South. I
stopped to get a photo of the CLIFF SWALLOWS, but when I got to
looking at the film, this bird left me wondering.
I'd welcome any insight.

Finally, my wife, son and I celebrated his 5 month birthday yesterday
with a quick trip to see an OLIVE-SIDED FLYCATCHER. We had no luck
between 6 and 6:30PM. But we did eat a wonderful Mexican meal a bit
later on in the evening. Declan had his first bite of real food.
Fittingly it was an Avocado. A Haas avocado.
Another birder said she had been there since 4:30 with no luck as
well. Tricky little flycatcher.
Good Birding,
