Hi Chris:

We are seeing more and more American White
Pelicans in MD every year, including in the upper
bay. The MD/DC Records Committee used to review
them as a rare sighting, but a number of years
ago, we took the species off of our "review list."

I'll cc this reply to the editors of our regional
season reports and I'll also forward your report
to "MD Osprey," our local listserver.

Thanks for the report.

Phil
