Hi everyone,

My wife Joyce reported that she saw a Cooper's Hawk perched on a railing about halfway INSIDE the Ft McHenry tunnel in Baltimore this morning at about 8:25 AM.  Traffic was nearly at a standstill so she got good looks at the bird.  This was in the far right tube, heading southbound, and the bird was on the railing on the left side as she looked at it.
