Hard to say if this is the same bird seen here a week ago, there have been scattered posts of juv WHIBs from all over (MD,DE,NJ, etc.).   I missed looking for this bird since I was at Hart Miller yesterday (which was fantastic!), but I will go out this morning to look for it around Jug Bay.  If I find it I will post.

If anyone locates the bird, I would greatly appreciate a call.
