I went birding for the day in Howard, Baltimore and Carroll Counties. (There is a reoccuring problem with my comcast internet so I will follow up with a full report later). I wanted to get the word out that I saw 2 GLOSSY IBISES at Piney Run in Carroll County bushwacking in from the White Rock Road end of the park. I went in looking for shorebirds( the water was still slightly high for them). While scanning and then scoping there were two of them actively feeding in the shallow water.
