Hello all.
Stan Arnold, David Gillum, Debbie Gillum and I birded Fort Smallwood Park on Sunday morning. We found a few good seasonal birds and one really interesting shorebird. Stan found it while we were chasing a Royal Tern and though it didn't provide us with good views, it was of the size class of a Godwit. A really interesting bird that flew west toward the headwaters of Rock Creek.
