warblers---chestnut- sided, blackburnian, nashville, blackthroated-green, black- and -white, parula, blue-winged, redstart. looks like we need to get out early this year and as i posted earlier, i saw a canada on august 4th.
also in the area of the warblers(about half way from the parking lot to the school on kingsley rd. where the road dips on a path i made back to the creek) there were what was maybe a family of great-crested fly catchers. also seen was a small flycatcher with a little yellow on it's sides which i 1st thought was a kinglet but think it was maybe a least flycatcther. in the same area monday was a molting scarlet tanager. the others were seen this morning.
