I have received several responses and have contacted Bruce Peterjohn at Patuxent who I hope can band this bird.  I had called Dave Holmes but received no response. Dan Haas will be in the birds area tomorrow and should be able to get a photo.
Thanks for all the responses. And are there other hummer banders in the state?  Off list replies please.
