Dan Haas and I went to North Beach today to see the AMERICAN AVOCET,
and the RED-NECKED PHALAROPE both which were still there as of about
1:45. On the way back we stopped at Herington Harbor and saw a RUDDY
TURNSTONE which Dan reported. We were so excited with this that we
forgot to report that the LESSER SCAUP was also nearby just beside the
jetty.

Good Birding

P.S. We also stopped by the nearly dried up pond at greenbury point and saw:

least sandpiper
semi-palmated sandpiper
semi-palmated plover
lesser yellowlegs
