does anybody know if brewster's and lawrence's warblers can breed or are
they sterile like mule's are?

On Sunday afternoon, August 31, I consulted the Dunn & Garrett Warblers
field guide to verify that I had had a Brewster's Warbler in my yard. It
provides illustrations of both first generation and second generation Brewsters.
There are considerable variances in plumage illustrated between the first and
second generation birds. As it turns out, my sighting was of a first fall,
first generation bird which I reported on Va-Bird.
