Elaine,
 I live not too far from you in Woodbine, southern Carroll County. I  still 
have all 4 of my feeders up and am still feeding many hummers. The adult  males 
have mostly gone now but I am still seeing females and young males. I made  
sure to keep them filled through the storms yesterday, and had good activity  
throughout the day. This morning the birds were present at first light and are  
still here and feeding heavily. Fill those feeders!
