The next meeting of the Prince George's Audubon Society and the Patuxent Bird Club will be held tomorrow night, Tuesday 9/9, 7:30 at the College Park Airport Annex. See our website ( http://www.pgaudubon.org ) for details and directions. A description of the talk follows. The meeting is, as always, free and open to the public.

Thanks!

In February 2008, Lisa and Chris Garrett, owners of the Wild Bird Center in Bowie, were asked to accompany members of Partners in Flight, Rainforest Biodiversity Group, and other conservation groups to try out the newly developed Costa Rican Bird Route map and driving tour. Come see pictures of many of the 300 species of birds and wildlife they observed, such as caimans, lizards, and poison arrow frogs. They will discuss lodging and ecotourism initiatives in the La Selva Biological Corridor, Costa Rica. Learn how easy it is for you to go on a similar trip!
