This morning I was out walking on the fireroad looking for some new birds. I heard and saw a lot, I believe the Black Throated blue warblers could be around the same spot I saw them before. They seem to hang around with some Chickadees.
I heard a lot of woodpeckers, the Pileated, Red Bellied and the Downies. I heard a lot of Nuthatches, Titmouse and Chickadees and a lot of noisy Bluejays.
I saw a GB Heron on the opposite shore of the lake. I also saw a Bald Eagle flying over the lake. I got another great view of the Yellow Billed Cuckoo. Now, that I saw my first one I am seeing and hearing more of the YB Cuckoo. Another new sound for this fall was the Pine Warbler, there was a group of them in the Pine Trees that line the fireroad.

I got a couple of shots of the YB Cuckoo and the Bald Eagle pictures can be seen here if you would like to look at them.
