Hi All I did some birding in Queen Annes County today A quick Morning stop at Kent Narrows on the right headed twords kent Island on the roof of one the boat shelters produced Caspian Terns a quick count below Some coming and going so missed some birds.

Greater Black Backed Gull 10
A midday return trip thru Kent Narrows yielded 9 Black Crowned Heron in the pond between Rt 50 and Rt 18
Terrapin Park Kent Island 8:45 Am to 12:00 noon Mostly Sunny Found a few migrants to my delight list below

Great Egret 1
Mute Swan 2
Canada Goose 12
Osprey 3
Forster's Tern 2
Chimney Swift 5 One Skimming the pond surface that has the two blinds for a drink of water. Neat to see

Eastern Kingbird 2 one immature begging from and adult

Most of the shorebirds I could not get a good count of as something would flush them while I tried to count .

American Redstart 1 yellow type great looks fed on and near the ground . I seen it catch a small moth

After hauling trash to the landfill near Centreville about 3:00 PM at the farm across from the road from the entrance road there were 25 Cattle Egrets among the cattle and other farm crtters .
Back at home near Queenstown around 5:00 ish there was a small flury of birds in the yard . Some moved around too quick for Id purposes .
