I understand that the pictures I attached to previous messages could not 
be viewed by all addressees.  In the hopes of finding the owner of the

The bird was first seen on Sept. 12th flying with a flock of sparrows 
and eating seeds on my platform feeder.  I am located at 514 Silver 
Spring Ave., Silver Spring MD20910.  If you know anyone who has lost a 
parakeet as shown in the pictures, please have them email me off-list. 

I am hoping that we can return the bird to its owner or to a new owner 
who will care for it before a cat, a hawk or the cold weather gets it.
