River Sewage Treatment Plant in April 1989.

The Ross's Gull that turned up in Sussex County Delaware about 10 years ago 
was an Adult in Breeding Plumage. I wish I was into photography at that 
point in my life. That bird was perfect. Of course it would have been more 
perfect if it was in Maryland. Cecil County to be more specific. Ha.
