I walked about 5 miles through Middle Patuxent Environmental Area Friday
morning, 9/26/08. The previous day I had 8 species of warblers but today
only two. Yesterday I also had Wood Thrush and Veery but today there was a
Gray-checked Thrush. The rain contributed to seeing no hawks but the
previous day, 3 Broad-winged Hawks roosted near the river at stop #12.
