Hi Group,
   Has any concerned birder seen that the State of MD is allowing
quail shooting again throughout the State [except Allegany & Garret
Counties] this year?  And what a season - November 1 - February 14th!!
   While everyone seems to be concerned about the demise of the
bobwhite, what efforts are being made to restrict senseless State
regulations concerning this valuable resource??
