I met Jeff Culler, Dan Hass, and Jim Wilkinson this morning at the Elkhorn Garden Plot. We relocated the Nashville and Tennessee Warblers. We did not relocate the Mourning Warbler. Directions from the Howard County Bird Club Web page are below along with my complete list.


Location: Elkhorn Garden Plot 
Elkhorn Garden Plot - ADC 4935-H10 (16-B11), Delorme 57-D6
Many call these the Oakland Mills Garden Plots. This area can be reached by walking on a paved path east from Lake Elkhorn under the transmission lines. The plots are on the east side of Oakland Mills Road which is a heavily traveled four lane road. Use extreme caution in crossing. If you are driving, follow instructions to Sewells Orchard Community Park; however, from the intersection of Snowden River Parkway and Oakland Mills Road, the distance is 0.9 mile to a right turn at a metal gate on a gravel road. Parking is anywhere along the garden plots on the right.
